Laura Braaten: Recent Works Laura Braaten has been in love with stitching since she first learned embroidery at age nine. She explores this passion through slow stitch, sashiko, quilting, and garment making. In the last several years Laura has committed to repurposing fabric. Her longtime meditation practice has deepened her love of stitching as a source of tranquility. Laura loves sharing her passion for textiles with others. Stitch by stitch we heal our lives. Stitch by stitch we connect with ourselves and others. https://www.ithacagallerynight.com/exhibits/sewgreen

We are so excited to get started on our Spring classes! But first we have to clear out our storage area and get rid of inventory cluttering ups our classroom. So we are having a giant By-the-Bag Sale! Please help us get the word out by telling your friends and networks!
